In the interest of being green and keeping glass out of landfills, we've whipped up a virtual swear jar on our conference room whiteboard. Each time you let a swear word slip, you have to draw a coin with your initials on it and add it to the pile.

So next time you're at a meeting and find yourself saying, "&@%$, Innova, that's a great idea!", you know what to do. (Also, if you look closely, you can see who some of the real sailors are in our workplace.)
