DES MOINES, Iowa, May 2, 2011 – Innova Ideas & Services has added social media expert Christine Stineman as Senior Digital Strategist to the company’s robust strategic marketing and public relations department.

Stineman brings 15 years of communication experience, including consulting work with Fortune 500 firms such as Microsoft Corp. and AT&T Inc. Stineman’s award-winning work includes serving as National Social Media Director for the Pickens Plan domestic energy initiative led by the energy mogul, T. Boone Pickens. She is the founder of Tribe Effect LLC, a social media and strategic communications firm in West Des Moines that Stineman will continue to operate in addition to her duties at Innova. Stineman also contributes to the Des Moines Business Record’s IowaBiz blog on social media and digital trends for business.

Innova will utilize Stineman’s experience to create strategic social media solutions for its clients. She has served as a consultant for Innova and will now be joining the company, working primarily out of Innova’s Des Moines office.
